Other Favorite Sexy Characters

In Dark Age of Camelot the outfits of the female characters are decidedly uncool. I like wearing revealing sexy costumes as much as any guy does. (Girls know when men are playing as female characters, as soon as they speak). The outfits in this time honored game look like they are functional. Since DAoC puts historical accuracy above other considerations you don't see the thongs and bra tops.

One of my all time favorite games is the PS2 version of Drakan. The main character Rynn wears pants and full armor. She looks trim and sexy. I have seen reviews that say that she is too busty, and I just don't see that. She looks normally proportioned to me. The best part about Drakan is truly the game play. Rynn moves so well that the controls are fluid and she has the poise and grace that you would expect from a warrior woman. Her battle moves are intuitively designed. I have to say that I wish more games had bought the engine behind Rynn. Controlling other female characters such as Lara Croft in

Tomb Raider or Rayne in Blood Rayne seem clumsy after playing Drakan.

Many people complained about Lara Croft's figure. Once again I didn't think much of it. If a woman has a big top and wears tight shorts, that is what she is going to look like. Granted most people are over weight and don't look like that. But there are some women that do look like that. However that should not matter, because the world of gaming is a world of fantasy. Entertainment is for escapism. Realism looks good for graphics, but realism isn't what games are for. Games are for fun.

Rayne in Blood Rayne wears a skimpy gothy outfit, but she isn't very well endowed. She does make some of her kills by throttling her victims with her legs wrapped around the neck. That is just bizarre, and disturbing. It's not sexy. It doesn't even seem to be an effective way for a vampire to make a kill.

In Fatal Frame 2 there are two female main characters. The story has to do with sisters and twins. While being a horror adventure, it tells a sensitive story about the lives of several women. The characters are fully dressed in cute outfits. Female NPCs wear lovely but blood spattered Kimonos. Some people do find the Japanese school girl look to be sexy, but I didn't find any arousing content in the game. Fatal Frame 2 is one of the most challenging games out there. There are no guns, and it may be arguably the scariest game there is. Women love it. Male reviewers admit to peeing their pants. So much for stupid assumptions like "women only like puzzle games and Tetris games". Sweeping generalizations like that are never true about anyone.
